Personal data is obtained directly from candidates, through recruitment agencies, and from publicly accessible sources. Consent is sought for collecting data beyond what is required by labor legislation or for special categories of personal data.

Candidates’ personal data is processed to assess their suitability for collaboration or employment, communicate during the recruitment process, comply with legal requirements, and maintain recruitment records.

For this intention candidates give their explicit consent for the transfer of their personal data, including but not limited to their name, contact information, employment history, and qualifications, to third countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA) as part of the recruitment process. The candidates explicitly confirm that they have been informed and that they understand that these countries may not provide the same level of data protection as the EEA, and that they have been informed about the potential risks associated with such transfers.

The company implements robust security measures to protect personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered or disclosed. In addition, personal data access is limited to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need-to-know and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality.

The retention period of candidates' personal data is 180 days after which the data is being permanently deleted unless the candidates have been hired or being actively involved into recruitment procedure.

Candidates who requested their personal data to be deleted are automatically removed from the records in 14 days.

Candidates have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, or transfer their personal data, and to object to its processing. Requests should be directed to careers@infomediji.com, potentially requiring identity verification.

Consent for data processing can be withdrawn at any time, leading to the cessation of processing and secure data disposal.
